First Tropical Wave of 2024

A Tropical Wave made its way to Low status over the SW Atlantic. It stretched from well off the coast of NC all the way to CR and dumped heavy rains on Cuba, Hispaniola, PR, and USVI. Flooding remains a problem in PR with heavy rains continuing to hammer the area. It went on to dissipate shortly after.
